Clients must provide our designer and his team with a sample or picutre, we take all image file type like jpeg, gif, web, heic, tiff, pdf, ai, svg, and more. The client can also include further customizable requests and our team will come up with a final design. We will manually create a digital design using the wilcom software, or create a sample design, that will be sent to the client, and he can request for further correction or can chat with our designer for an ultimate design that approves the clients taste. Clients can either bring their own materials, or request us to collect materials.

Pricing will depends upon the type of embroidery on fabric:

• Regular embroidery takes 0.60tk per 1000 stitch

• Metal embroidery takes 0.80tk per 1000 stitch

• Sequence embroidery takes 1tk per 1000 stitch

Other works depend upon material and typeof embroidery.
